Please make sure to provide the same information even if they appear incorrect.
To modify these details, please contact the person who registered you.

Error message : Your booking could not be found == You are outside the booking time frame :
In the email you have received, you can find the exact information about your test.
If the end date has passed, please contact the person who registered you.
If you are before the start date, please wait and take the test after this date.


Q3 - The test was interrupted, how can I resume it ?

Two options :

  • You took the test on site ?

    ->Ask the person who registered you how to resume the test

  • You received an email and you took the test at home ?

    ->Go to the following page : click here.
    ->Enter your last name, first name and birth date : information provided in the email you have received..


Q4 - I accidentally closed the window

Please refer to the question : "My test was interrupted, how can I resume it ?"


Q5 - I clicked on "End test" but I had not finished

By clicking on the "end test" button, you chose to end the test. If you would like to start over, please contact the person who registered you.


Q6 - I could not see my results

Error message : results not found
An error may have occurred when the results were sent. They might not be lost, please contact the person who registered you who will check if he/she did received your results.


Q7 - I don't know if my results were saved

Error message : results not found
An error may have occurred when the results were sent. They might not be lost, please contact the person who registered you who will check if he/she did received your results.

If you took a "in-situation" test, it is possible that the connection may have been lost. The results may nevertheless have successfully saved but we would recommend you contact the person who registered you will verify if he/she did receive your results.


Q8 - The sound does not start

Your web browser may be blocking the audio plugin installation.
Please try to install the required plugin on your browser.
If your test was interrupted, please refer to "the test was interrupted, how can I resume it ?"


Q9 - I have to pass an Excel, Word or PowerPoint test

Message : "Please do not close this window while the session is running."

  • This message id displayed on the page but nothing happens
    • In parallel of this page, an application must be actived on your computer to give you access to the following test.
    • This application is a Java application.
    • Your computer may be blocking the launch of this application or you don't have the correct version of Java software. Have you seen requests for installations or downloads at launch ?
    • To update the JAVA module, search for "java jre" on the internet, you can access the site directly www.java.com in the Downloads section.

    • Have you tried using a different brownser such as Google Chrome ? (to download and install it, clic here)
